About me

I’m a strategic thinker and writer who loves solving big problems. I started out in journalism, then quickly transitioned to working with small-to-midsize startups, nonprofits, political groups—even a few city government departments—with a bold vision for making the world better. In San Francisco, I launched a new branch of a program that helped hundreds exit chronic homelessness, addiction, and unemployment through a blend of community and personalized support. In Raleigh, NC, I supported the Chief Diversity Officer of the largest university in the Carolinas, helping drive a bold strategy to foster inclusive community in a politically-charged environment.

In 2024, I reconnected to my love of storytelling in a high-volume B2B software sales role. Helping nonprofit execs navigate big challenges helped me realize I wanted to strike out on my own to facilitate change across social structures and institutions.

We can all feel the intense transformation our society is going through right now. My purpose is to help make sense of big, new, uncertain situations; help transformation feel good; and support leaders to navigate change not as opponents but together, under a unified vision.
